Saying Goodbye to our Discover Lowestoft Visitor Guides

Where has the summer gone? It only seems like yesterday that the schools broke up, the sun was shining and we welcomed Sibel and Codie into the DL family as Discover Lowestoft Visitor Guides.

For those who didn't get the pleasure of meeting these two - Codie and Sibel patrolled all around the town centre, the high street and the promenade ready to help tourists and locals with information and guidance on Lowestoft's many wonderful places to eat, drink, shop and local attractions. They woud even on hand to help if you had problems finding a certain fish and his friends. Within their first few days they welcomed in and helped the passengers of the cruise ship Island Sun on its visit to our fair town.

So sadly after 6 weeks in their roles as Discover Lowestoft Visitor Guides we have to say goodbye to Sibel and Codie (for this year at least).

As a bit of fun before they went we gave them a bit of a pop quiz to gain a bit of insight of our two guides. Check out their answers below.
