The Scores Race is back this year!
Do you think that running the Scores is too much? You can Walk the Scores at your own pace, and take part in our photo competition, in the run up to the race.
Enter for the chance to win a framed A3 signed print or Wilde Score by local artist Desmond Baldry.
The competition is free to enter and all you have to do is submit your best photos of Lowestoft’s historic scores. The scores run from the High St down to Whapload Road; can you find them all?
You can submit one photograph per score, and since there are 12 scores included in the competition you can enter 12 times for a better chance of winning!

The deadline for this competition is the 24th of August 2026!
All submissions will be judged by local photographer Julian Claxton, and the top 3 will be placed in a public vote to determine the winner!
The scores are located along the historic High St and run down to Whapload Road. Can you find them all?
