Lowestoft Heritage Open Days 2019
LowestoftTaking place over two weekends Lowestoft Heritage Open Days have over 85 sites and events available to the public and all are completely FREE!
With many of the town's historic buildings opening their doors exclusively for the festival you and the family can learn all about Lowestofts Historical High St.
Over the course of the weekends, you can explore places such as backstage at The Marina Theatre, an exclusive look into the old railway signal box, Learn all about our famous Scores, take a ride on a vintage bus as it takes you between the open day's events and many many more incredible places to visit.
In addition to the events that are planned, there are also a variety of truly unique experiences available that are free but do require booking such as a look into the life of a Samaritan, a tour of the former Pakefield Lighthouse and even climb aboard one of the nation's sixty most important historic ships the Excelsior.
