Sam’s Wellbeing Hub & Café is ready to welcome everyone, including your furry friends too (well-behaved & assistant dogs).

Nestled right in the heart of your community, we’ve created a warm, relaxing space that’s perfect for everyone to enjoy and escape to.

Whether you’re stopping by to explore our delicious food and drink menu or just looking for a cozy spot to unwind, we’re here Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM & Saturday 10am to 2:00PM.

Come and say hello to our friendly team — they’re eager to show you around and share all the wonderful things our space has to offer.

Our popular conference room, the Enterprise Lounge, is located above the cafe and is available for external hire – for enquiries please email [email protected].

Winter Warm Rooms

We're delighted to start our own 'Winter Warm Room' here at Sam's, running throughout January, February and March every Saturday from 10am - 2pm. Our warm space will be open and we'll be serving free standard tea, coffee and squash, plus there will be an added 20% off all other food and drink items. We've also organised some arts and crafts to be available for children to enjoy while you grab your drinks and warm up. Thank you to East Suffolk Council's Ease the Squeeze project and to the collaborative communities board for helping to make it happen!
