The Broadway and West End hit Dear Evan Hansen is arriving in Suffolk for the very first time.
Brought to life by the award-winning Lowestoft Players, the story follows Evan, an anxious high school kid who wants nothing more than to fit in.
The thing is, on his way to fitting in, he didn’t tell the whole truth. And now must give up on a life he never dreamt he’d have. As events spiral and the truth comes out, Evan faces a reckoning with himself and everyone around him.

These are themes that feel incredibly relevant in today’s society, particularly for young people, and we hope our production allows our Lowestoft audiences to connect with the characters while also reflecting on their own experiences.”
Featuring emotional and uplifting music by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (The Greatest Showman), Dear Evan Hansen features some of the biggest musical theatre songs of the last decade.
Dear Evan Hansen won Best Musical at both the Tony and Olivier Awards and Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Score.
